Healthy Babies Healthy Futures

Mondays & Thursdays

Noon - 2:00 PM

The Healthy Babies Healthy Futures program supports people through the prenatal, postnatal, newborn, and infant stages, offering guidance on development, wellness, and the many changes that come with welcoming a new baby. The program is open to all expectant, new parents and caregivers, providing a welcoming space to connect, learn, and build community.

Our goal is to support healthy pregnancies and family life, confident caregiving, and positive early development. Participants receive evidence-informed support and education throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenting. Ongoing learning opportunities cover pregnancy, birth, infant care, and feeding (breastfeeding, chestfeeding, formula feeding, starting solids, and navigating picky eating).

The program also includes regular visits from health, early childhood, and community professionals who share information, answer questions, and offer supportive guidance.

In addition to regular gatherings—with shared meals, practical workshops, and space to connect with other parents and caregivers—we offer in-home support for families who prefer or need assistance in their own space. Participants also have access to a baby book and item lending library, as well as a donation closet for maternity, nursing, and baby clothing.

We also offer seasonal and ongoing supports such as parenting and baby groups and education sessions, family activities, and wellness programming, focused on outdoor activities, family well-being, and community connection.

Registration is required. Interested participants can either reach out to staff or stop by our office to pick up registration forms and find out more about the program. Families can join during pregnancy and continue until their child is 18 months old. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
